Fixed Fine Dining in Aruba

Aruba is home to several incredible Prix Fixe, or “fixed menu”, fine dining restaurants. Among these unique restaurants, the dinner menus are a complete surprise and up to the chef’s discretion. Experience incredible meals alongside brilliant wine pairings, with intimate dinner settings of no more than 14 – 16 guests. This is definitely not a cheap dinner-out: it’s an unforgettable dining experience that is well worth the cost and will have your coming back year after year!

Below is a list of my Top 3 favorite Prix Fixe restaurants on Aruba.

Carte Blanche

From the moment you step into Carte Blanche, to the moment you say goodbye, your dining experience is above and beyond incredible. Chef Dennis and Maitre D’ Glen are a dynamic duo in their approach to cooking, wine pairing, and entertainment. Experience an evening of culinary entertainment that feels much more like a professionally run dinner party rather than a simple dinner out. Enjoy 5 delicious courses alongside 14 guests seated at a U-shape table surrounding the chef. Chef Dennis is a naturally gifted chef who creates unique and beautifully plated courses. Maitre D’ Glen is extremely knowledgable about wine pairings and keeps you laughing all night long. Carte Blanche truly lives up to its motto, “fine dining without limitations”.

There are 5 unbelievable courses of complex and delicious plates consisting of seafood, beef and deserts.

Guests are assembled and introduced to one another. Then the evening’s meal is explained before everyone sits down at the U-shaped communal dinner table for a five-course culinary adventure. The menu changes daily, and there’s a selection of suggested wine pairings available by the glass. This isn’t a cheap eating-out experience, but it’ll certainly be a cherished memory of Aruba. Reservations are advisable at least a few weeks in advance. Be sure to state any dietary restrictions in advance.
