Your Sydney Tour Guide

    • For a unique and private tour experience that allows you to fully immerse yourself in Sydney, Your Sydney Tour Guide is the way to go!

  • There are several Tour Options to pick from… Here is some info about the two we chose:
    • Sydney City Tours: The owner and our guide, Scott, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible throughout the tour. Scott picked us up from our hotel and took us on a full day tour all over Sydney.
      • We visited several iconic locations:
        • The Sydney Harbour Bridge
        • Opera House
        • Bondi Icebergs Pool

        • We also had a chance to experience some more local spots in the city, including stopping for lunch in one of the city markets. We ended our day with a scenic walk from Bronte to Bondi Beach.
    • Blue Mountain Private Tour: The next day, we went on another adventurous trip with Your Sydney Tour Guide. This time, we drove out of the city and had the chance to visit the Blue Mountains.

    •
    • The Blue Mountains are located west of Sydney and known for their beautiful forests, waterfalls, hikes, and overall natural scenery.
    • Our guide, Charles, took us on several scenic bush hikes throughout the day. My favorite stop of the day was at the Three Sisters rock formation. We had a great time!

Sydney Bridge Climb

        •  One of the most spectacular ways to view the city is by climbing to the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Zip up your jump suit and make your way up the bridge, 134 meters above sea level.

  • SYDNEY BRIDGE CLIMB TIPS:
    • Be sure to allot at least 3.5 hours for your climb. A good portion of it is going over safety procedures and gearing up at the beginning of the climb.
    • You will be given a jumpsuit to wear for the entirety of the climb.
    • You are completely safe and secure on this climb while tethered to a safety wire on the bridge at all times.
    • You are not allowed to bring anything with you on the climb! This includes phones, GoPros, watches- even hair ties! For safety reasons, you leave your items behind in lockers for the duration of your climb.
    • Your Climb Guide will stop at 3 spots during the climb to take your pictures, which you can purchase at the end.
    • Do note: This is not an inexpensive activity. Tickets are around $300 per adult.

Opera House Guided Tour

  • What to Expect:
    • 1 hour long guided tour through the Opera House
    • Explore some of the different theaters while inside.
    • Tickets were only $30 a person, so it was well worth it!
